Why BigDubW

Leadership · Track Record

BigDubW is led by Kara Fullmer-Wehner, a creative operations executive who has spent thirty years turning ambitious creative into delivered work for some of the most demanding brands in the world.

For seven years she built and led Chewy Studios — a full in-house agency and production operation with a $30M+ P&L and 175+ people across five geographies — overseeing documentary and unscripted content, broadcast campaigns, and thousands of shoots built around animal talent and real pet-parent stories. Work recognized by Ad Age and the American Advertising Awards.

Her agency partnerships run deep: national TV broadcast campaigns with 72andSunny, Anomaly, and Arnold — collaborating from concept through delivery on work built to perform.

Few producers can say they've spent a decade making unscripted content with animals at broadcast quality and enterprise scale. That is precisely the skill set an equestrian slate demands.

Before Chewy: managing director of two award-winning creative studios, global account lead for Nike digital commerce across three continents, and leadership on the Xbox 360 global launch — the biggest day-one entertainment launch of its era. Her production roots run to feature film — with Tacamo Productions on Steven Spielberg's Amistad (1997), shot at Sonalysts Studios in Connecticut.

That means a partner who understands what networks actually need: reliable delivery, budget discipline, brand-safe storytelling, and production value that holds up next to anything on the schedule.
